Practical mock session: Cross examination of experts
A practical mock cross examination based on a realistic scenario. Participants will identify pressure points, develop an approach, and see these tested through live role play, followed by focused feedback on what worked and what did not.
The objective is straightforward: to give participants practical tools they can use immediately to improve the way damages evidence is examined and tested in arbitration.
