Course overview

Covering the lifecycle of an international arbitration, this course will feature 60+ subject matter experts and draw on their vast experience to offer practical instruction and insight.

Inspired by a workshop taught at Harvard Law School, this course will walk you through a lifecycle of international arbitration chronologically. It serves as a companion to our Oral Advocacy Skills course, dealing with many topics not covered there and explaining in more detail aspects of international arbitration’s legal infrastructure.

It will also provide examples from our experts on what they would have done in certain scenarios, to help you better understand the strategy behind decisions and leave you feeling more confident undertaking work in this domain.
