It serves as a companion to our Oral Advocacy Skills course, dealing with many topics not covered there and explaining in more detail aspects of international arbitration’s legal infrastructure.
It will also provide examples from our experts on what they would have done in certain scenarios, to help you better understand the strategy behind decisions and leave you feeling more confident undertaking work in this domain.
