Putilin Dispute Management
Elijah Putilin is a civil law qualified lawyer with over 10 years of experience in cross-border dispute management gained in-house and working in top international law firms.
Mr Putilin has represented and advised clients in over a hundred disputes before SCAI, SCC, LCIA, ICC, ICDR and ICAC (Russia) arbitral tribunals, foreign and domestic courts of all levels, including the RF Supreme Courts, and international trade tribunals.
Mr Putilin also regularly sits as a Sole-Arbitrator, Presiding Arbitrator, or co-arbitrator in cases administered by arbitral institutions in the CIS and MENA regions that involve application of civil, common, or international law.
In addition to his counsel and arbitrator practice, Mr Putilin is an Adjunct Professor of International Dispute Resolution at leading universities in Central and South-East Asia and an author/editor of several books on international arbitration and investment law.
