Hangil Lee is a partner in the International Arbitration & Litigation Practice Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. She represents corporations and governments in complex international arbitrations and cross-border disputes, with particular experience in construction, energy, investment, post-M&A and shareholder disputes. She has acted under the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC and KCAB Rules, as well as in ad hoc and investor-state proceedings. Recognised by Lexology Index as a Future Leader in arbitration, Hangil serves as Vice Chair of the IBA Asia Pacific Arbitration Group and as an arbitrator with KCAB International. She is dual-qualified in Korea and New York.
