Innhwa Kwon is a Senior Counsel in the international legal team of HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (HD KSOE), sub-holding company of HD Hyundai Group. She specializes in cross-border transactions and dispute resolution. Innhwa advises a broad range of businesses within HD Hyundai Group on matters from contract negotiation through dispute resolution, including multibillion dollar offshore EPC projects. Prior to joining HD KSOE, she practiced international arbitration at leading arbitration law firms in Vienna, Austria, acting as counsel and tribunal secretary.
