Edwina is a cross-border disputes specialist with over 20 years’ experience in international arbitration. Edwina is currently General Counsel at ACCR where she manages international disputes relating to decarbonisation, shareholder rights and climate risk. Prior to joining ACCR, Edwina was a Partner in the international arbitration team at King & Wood Mallesons where she specialised in Asia-related disputes and acted for corporate and government clients in commercial and investor state arbitrations in all the major institutions. Edwina is a member of the Proceedings Committee for the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and sits on the Advisory Board for Delos Dispute Resolution.

Edwina is dual-qualified in Australia and Hong Kong, speaks English and Mandarin, and has practised law in Beijing, Hong Kong and Australia.
