Amy is a partner at CMS in Hong Kong and Germany and co-leads the firm’s international arbitration practice in the region. She has over a decade of experience focusing on complex, cross-border disputes.

Amy acts for state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, listed companies, sovereign states, and governmental and public entities across a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, technology, energy (both conventional and renewable), cross-border trade and investment, and infrastructure. She has represented and advised clients in high-stakes commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under the rules of HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, PCA, AAA, ICDR, SIAC, DIS, CIETAC, LCIA, SCC, JCAA, SHAC, THAC and SCIA.

Trained in both common law and civil law traditions, Amy holds postgraduate degrees from Harvard Law School and Sciences Po Paris, graduating cum laude. She began her career in Paris specialising in investment arbitration and has practised with leading international law firms in Paris, New York, Hong Kong and Shanghai. She is qualified in Paris (France), the State of New York (U.S.), and Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Chinese and French.

A recognised thought leader in international arbitration, Amy regularly publishes and speaks on developments in the field. She has also served as a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong, China Foreign Affairs University, Hohai University, Sciences Po, and as a teaching fellow at Harvard College.
