Sarah Thomas is an Associate General Counsel and Head of Litigation & Investigations for Asia at McKinsey & Company based in Hong Kong. She handles dispute resolution, internal and government-facing investigations and political and regulatory issues throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining McKinsey, she was in private practice in Hong Kong for over 10 years, including mostly recently as an arbitration partner at Morrison Foerster. Sarah is admitted to practice in New York, England & Wales and Hong Kong. She was named in Chambers & Partners Greater China Region GC Influencers Shortlist for 2024.
