Sarah Lee is a registered foreign lawyer (New York) in Debevoise’s Hong Kong office. She focuses on public international law and international arbitration, and she regularly represents and advises corporations and sovereign states in investor-state and commercial disputes concerning a range of sectors, including energy, mining, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and financial services. She has acted in cases under major arbitral rules, including ICSID, UNCITRAL, HKIAC, and ICC, and in enforcement-related matters involving East Asia, North and Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

Ms. Lee serves on the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center, and is a member of the HK45 Committee and Young ITA’s Regional Contributor for North America.
