Luisa Mauricio is a state solicitor in the Office of the Solicitor General, where she has experience in administrative, commercial and investment arbitration among others.

She graduated magna cum laude in BA Speech Communication and Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines. She likewise finished her LLM in Columbia Law School. She is qualified to practice law in the Philippines, New York and District of Columbia.

She is currently an accredited arbitrator in the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, the youngest Philippine delegate to the International Chamber of Commerce on ADR, and the co-chair of the young Philippine institute of arbitrators.
