Damages: GAR Academy

Designed to help all participants in the international arbitration community understand damages issues more clearly. Through its interactive content and learning resources it will, step by step, help make the subject of damages in international arbitration more understandable and less intimidating. It will also teach participants how to then present and communicate these issues more effectively to tribunals.

Who should take this course?

Designed with both arbitrators and counsel in mind, this course will teach you the nuts and bolts of damages in international arbitration. Upon completion of this course, you will earn a GAR Academy certification.

The average time to complete this course is 18hrs.

CLE credits

This program is accredited by the State Bar of Florida for on-demand CLE accreditation. A total of 19.0 general credits may be earned through the completion of this course. The course is also accredited by the State Bar of Texas for a total of 16.0 CLE credits.

Florida accreditation is accepted by the following 14 State Bars observing reciprocity: Alaska, Arizona, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, South Dakota.
