Olga Boltenko, FCIArb, is a barrister and arbitrator with over twenty years’ experience in cross-border dispute resolution. She focuses on public international law, investor-State disputes, and commercial arbitration, representing clients before tribunals under the auspices of the PCA, ICSID, SCC, ICC, and LCIA across a range of industries including oil and gas, mining, supply chain, IP, and telecommunications. Olga maintains an active arbitrator practice, having served as a presiding, sole, and co-arbitrator in disputes under the auspices of the HKIAC, SCC, ICC, SIAC, RAC, and in ad hoc proceedings. Olga is a fellow at the Asian Academy for International Law. She teaches arbitration at The University of Hong Kong (where she is also deputy executive director), and at the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (where she is a professor of investment law).
