Ellen is a partner of Zhao Sheng Law Firm, Linklaters’ joint operation in China. An experienced PRC litigator and arbitration practitioner, she regularly represents Chinese and international clients in PRC and international commercial arbitration, as well as related court litigation and enforcement proceedings across all levels of the PRC courts.

Her practice focuses on complex cross‑border commercial and financial disputes and investigations. Dual-qualified in the PRC and New York, with prior experience at a PRC law firm in Beijing and a U.S. law firm in New York, Ellen is adept at bridging legal, cultural and linguistic differences in cross-border contentious matters.
