Jeremy is a leading Senior Counsel of the Hong Kong Bar, a CIArb Fellow and CEDR accredited mediator. He acts as independent arbitrator or as advocate, with extensive experience under the rules of numerous institutions. His practice areas include commercial disputes, trade and investment, shareholder joint venture and M&A, construction, financial markets and restructuring, energy and insurance.

He is a member of the HK Bar Association Arbitration Committee and of the ICC Standing Committee on Arbitration and ADR.

Prior to joining the independent Bar in 1999 Jeremy was a partner in an international law firm where he was Head of the Litigation Department in Hong Kong and Co-Head of the Asia Region Arbitration Practice Group (9 regional offices). He brings to bear in his appointments the commercial understanding gained as a solicitor with the attributes of a barrister.
