Ms Ran Zhang, is the General Counsel of Hilong Group, Vice Chair of the ICC Belt and Road Commission, and serves as an arbitrator for the Beijing International Arbitration Court, Shanghai International Arbitration Centre, and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. She is also a mediator for the Singapore International Mediation Centre and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

She has over 20 years of experience as in-house counsel in international legal practice, serving multiple industries, including international construction projects, manufacturing, energy, electronics and technology. Her work has involved processing cross-border commercial contracts, dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation cases arising from China, North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Africa.
