Dara Sahab is the Deputy Chief of ADR in the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration. She is a dual-qualified Saudi and New York lawyer specializing in dispute resolution. Prior to joining SCCA, Dara practiced international arbitration in an international law firm, representing clients in commercial, construction, and investment arbitrations in proceedings administered under various arbitration rules, including ICC, LCIA, DIAC, and UNCITRAL. Dara also has experience advising clients in relation to US, UAE and KSA court proceedings in commercial, civil and enforcement proceedings.
