As Managing Counsel of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Živa oversees and coordinates the work of the ICC Court Secretariat's case 13 management teams, 8 in Paris, and one in each of New York, Hong Kong, São Paulo, Singapore and Abu Dhabi. She reviews awards submitted for the ICC Court’s scrutiny as well as appointments and other decisions taken by the ICC Court and provides guidance to the teams in their daily case management. In addition, as part of the leadership team at the Secretariat, she helps shape the Court's practices and policies, and leads different projects related to the Court's work. She is a Slovenian lawyer and holds an L.L.M. from King’s College London (KCL). She was a member of the first KCL’s team for the VIS Moot and KCL team’s main coach during the oral rounds in 2010, which the team won.
