Kate Corby is Baker McKenzie’s Global Head of International Arbitration and a partner based in its London office. Kate has over two decades' experience of representing clients in complex litigation and arbitration, with a focus on arbitration of construction, engineering and infrastructure related disputes. She has handled arbitrations under the rules of all of the major arbitral institutions and ad hoc, seated in London and around the world and under a wide range of governing laws.
Alongside her practice, Kate is a keen advocate for inclusion, diversity and equity both in the firm and the wider market. She is the organiser of the London chapter of Arbitration Lunch Match, sits on the Executive Committee of the Equal Representation of Experts Pledge and the Board of ArbitralWomen, and is one of the LCIA’s Diversity Champions. Kate is ranked as a Leading Individual in Legal 500 UK and is also individually ranked by Chambers and recognised in Who's Who Legal.
