The International Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (ICA CCI KR) is a permanent, independent institutional arbitration body based in Bishkek. Established in 2002, it serves as the primary venue in Kyrgyzstan for resolving domestic and international commercial disputes through arbitration and mediation.
ICA CCI KR has considered 1683 cases involving both individuals and legal entities from all regions of Kyrgyzstan, as well as 108 foreign citizens and entrepreneurs from 23 countries in the world. The list of ICA CCI arbitrators includes 405 qualified lawyers and specialists from 34 countries, including 164 lawyers and specialists from Kyrgyzstan. ICA CCI KR has unique experience in considering disputes not only under local laws, but also under the laws of foreign countries, in foreign languages, taking into account their substantive and procedural law.
