Don Le Gower is Senior Vice President, Litigation, Government Investigations, Employment, Pricing, Access, and Policy Law at Bristol Myers Squibb and is a member of the Law and Policy Department Leadership Team. In his role, Don is responsible for managing government investigations and a diverse docket of civil litigation, including product liability, consumer fraud, antitrust, securities, and general commercial litigation matters. He also is responsible for pricing and access, employment, and policy law support for the organization. Don joined BMS in 2015 as a Senior Counsel, Litigation and Government Investigations. Prior to joining BMS, he was a partner at Dechert LLP. At Dechert, Don’s practice focused on life sciences litigation. He defended clients in multiple pharmaceutical product MDL’s, consumer fraud class actions, and antitrust actions. Don is a graduate of Hobart College and the University of Virginia School of Law.
