Preeti Bhagnani is a partner in White & Case’s International Arbitration Group, based in New York.

She handles commercial and investment treaty disputes and has experience in a broad range of sectors including the life sciences, energy, mining and financial services. Preeti has advised pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and research institutions on avoiding and resolving disputes involving collaboration, licensing, manufacturing and supply arrangements and related regulatory issues. She is a co-editor of CPR’s Manual on Mitigating Risk in Life Sciences Licensing Transactions and serves on CPR’s Task Force on Arbitrating Life Sciences Disputes. She is qualified in New York and Singapore.
