David Samuels is Global Arbitration Review’s publisher. As such he sets and oversees GAR’s commercial and strategic direction.
He launched GAR in 2006, having run its forebearer Global Competition Review from 1999. In 2012, he launched Global Investigations Review and, in 2017, Global Restructuring Review - both of which have become well known in their own right, along with creating the GAR events division (with a lot of help).
He continues to oversee GRR and GIR, along side GAR and its many new initiatives.
David is a journalist by background and read law at Merton College, Oxford, and Trinity, Hall Cambridge.
