Kevin Nash is the Director General of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The Director General fulfils the role of Chief Executive Officer, with day-to-day responsibility for the conduct of the business of the LCIA; serves as the principal point of contact between the institution and its Board and Court; and represents the LCIA on the international stage.

Kevin joined the LCIA after 13 years as the Registrar of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). In this capacity, Kevin led the 25-member Secretariat in the administration of thousands of international cases.

Recognised for being “in a league of his own” who “knows everything there is to know about international arbitration” Kevin is listed by Lexology Index: Arbitration (formerly Who’s Who Legal) as a Global Leader and a National Leader for Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Kevin is an active participant at UNCITRAL (Working Group II and III) and frequently speaks, lectures and trains around the world.

He holds a BA from Mount Allison University and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School. After working at one of Canada’s Seven Sisters, he studied an LLM in International Commercial Arbitration at Stockholm University where he was awarded Outstanding Alumnus in 2023.
