The Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Centre (ITOTAM) is an independent, neutral and impartial arbitral institution working as an attached body to the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. Founded on 16 October 2014, ITOTAM offers modern institutional dispute resolution services aligned with international arbitration practice. ITOTAM’s dispute resolution services are available to all contracting parties without any membership requirement and regardless of the nationality of the parties.

ITOTAM provides efficient and flexible dispute resolution through features such as expedited procedures, emergency arbitrator provisions, and mediation–arbitration (Med-Arb) mechanisms. By offering proceedings conducted by independent and experienced arbitrators, the Centre aims to ensure the swift and confidential resolution of commercial disputes.
