Jocelyn Heng is the Managing Counsel of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). In this capacity, she leads the arbitration team and oversees case management, and is also involved in developing and supporting initiatives to strengthen stakeholder engagement worldwide. Prior to joining HKIAC, Jocelyn was a Senior Associate at a leading global law firm. She has over 10 years of experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation. She has advised clients across diverse sectors such as cryptocurrency, financial services and insurance, tech, telecommunications, consumer goods, and construction. She has represented clients in arbitration cases seated in multiple jurisdictions, with notable experience handling complex cross-border disputes under HKIAC’s rules. Jocelyn has been recognised in leading legal directories, including Legal 500.
