Baran Alptürk is a Senior Consultant at Hergüner Bilgen Üçer, focusing primarily on transnational dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on international arbitration. He represents and advises clients in complex arbitration proceedings and cross-border disputes, including those arising from distributorship and commercial agreements. In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Mr. Alptürk also advises on mergers & acquisitions and telecommunications law, and contributes to the firm’s broader corporate and transactional work. He holds a J.D. (cum laude) and a Juris Master in Policy Analysis from George Mason University School of Law, as well as a B.S.B.A. from Boston University School of Management. He is admitted to the Virginia, New York, Istanbul, and Georgia Bars.
