Gokhan is a partner in Deloitte’s Istanbul office, where he leads business valuation, dispute and financial modelling services. Gökhan’s career in Deloitte spans 25 years, including five years in the audit and 20 years in the financial advisory practices. Gökhan spent a year with Deloitte in the Netherlands in 2009, returning to Istanbul to establish the valuation team within Deloitte Turkey. As part of his role, he specializes in the quantification of damage claims in cross-border disputes arising from both litigation and arbitration. He has testifying experience before the courts in Turkey and internationally, and before tribunals in arbitration. In addition, he has acted as the expert in determinations under share purchase agreements. Gökhan has been selected in the Future Leaders section of the Lexology Arbitration Index (formerly Who's Who Legal) since 2023 and has been included in the Lexology Client Choice 2025 list.
