Ayşe Yazıcı Adanır is a partner at YAZICI Attorney Partnership, an independent Turkish law firm. Ayse has practiced in international arbitrations for nearly fifteen years, mainly in construction-related commercial and investment arbitrations, as well as M&A disputes. She also represents clients in M&A and finance transactions in different industries, and in oil and gas transactions; with most of her practice featuring international aspects. She is dual-qualified in New York, USA and Turkey. She holds a JD from Cardozo School of Law, an equivalency degree in law from Ankara University, an MA from George Mason University and a BA from Middle East Technical University.
