Utku Coşar is an independent arbitrator member of Arbitration Chambers with over 25 years of experience. She specialises in commercial and investment arbitration and has extensive experience in energy, finance, construction, technology, sale of goods, shareholders and post-M&A/joint venture-related disputes. She has acted as presiding arbitrator, co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator in commercial and investment cases under the AAA, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, SCC, SIAC, and Swiss arbitration rules; and subject to English, Russian, Hong Kong, Slovenian, Swiss, Singapore, Turkish, US, and Qatari laws.

Ms. Coşar is a Vice President of the LCIA Court; member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre; member of the Arbitration Court of the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre; and a co-chair of the IBA Task Force on the Revision of the 2013 Guidelines on Party Representation. She is registered on the panels of various arbitral institutions, including the ICDR/AAA, SIAC and the ICANN IRP Standing Panel.
