Bojana Vareskic is a partner and heads the Dispute Resolution practice. She advises clients on civil law matters and represents clients in complex court proceedings, often with cross-border implications. Her focus is on contentious disputes concerning business-related issues, enforcement of foreign judgments and domestic and foreign arbitral awards, as well as all types of collective redress.
In addition to being admitted to the bar in Austria, she is a member of the Zagreb Bar Association as a European lawyer.
She is fluent in German, English, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and has knowledge of the French language.
Bojana regularly publishes, speaks at conferences and gives lectures on civil procedure law and enforcement law.
