Dr. Gregory Travaini is partnering with ENGIE Supply & Energy Management (S&EM) business re a breadth of legal matters globally incl. disputes, M&A, corporate, market conduct, financial regulation, market data, digital and ethics matters. Before joining ENGIE, he was supporting Amazon Retail Consumable Business re strategic expansion and evolving operations across Europe. Prior to joining Amazon, he was an attorney at Herbert Smith Freehills, regularly advising clients in cross-border investment, construction, price review, contractual, post M&A and jurisdictional matters, acting for both private investors and State entities. He also acts as arbitrator. Before that, he was Deputy Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration where he was directly in charge of more than 150 cases mostly in Africa and Middle East. He regularly teaches and speaks at conferences on international dispute resolution and international law. He is a founding member of AfricArb, a thriving group of legal professionals actively participating in the further development of effective dispute resolution on the African continent. Gregory was awarded the King's College London Principal's Award and recognized several times by Who's Who Legal.
