Paul is a Partner in PwC’s Forensic practice based in Riyadh, where he leads the Global Intelligence team across the Middle East. A forensic accountant with more than 20 years’ experience, Paul has led complex forensic accounting investigations, business integrity reviews, regulatory inquiries and risk management assessments across the region and internationally.

He has deep expertise in restructuring and insolvency, having previously worked at the UK Insolvency Service and subsequently on some of the largest insolvency matters in the Middle East and Europe involving significant fraud, misappropriation and asset recovery issues.

Paul works closely with liquidators, legal advisers and other stakeholders to develop and execute recovery strategies, pursue claims against third parties, conduct asset tracing investigations and prepare expert and witness statements in support of client claims.

He has also completed secondments with the UK Financial Services Authority, now the Financial Conduct Authority, and the Assets Recovery Agency, now part of the National Crime Agency, further strengthening his experience across regulatory, enforcement and asset recovery matters.
