A dual-qualified barrister and Chartered Accountant, Jane acts as lead counsel and arbitrator in international arbitrations primarily in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, the Russian Federation and Latin America. Jane is ranked for energy disputes, construction and international arbitration and commercial disputes (Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners), recognised on the Legal 500 Arbitration Private Practice Powerlist (UK) and as a Global Leader, National Leader and Thought Leader in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration and Who’s Who Legal: Construction. Jane is a UK member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration. Jane was a member of the ICC Taskforce on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration. A member of the steering committee for the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge, Jane was the first chair of the Bar Sub-committee. Jane is an officer of the IBA, currently co-chair of the ICP Innovation Sub-committee. Jane was one of the founders – and is currently vice-chair – of the 3VB International Advisory and Dispute Resolution Unit.
