Wendy MacLaughlin is a chartered civil engineer and a Senior Partner at GBsqd. As an engineer, she worked in Australia, the UK, the Philippines and Malaysia in design roles and site based roles at Arup and on long term secondment to an EPC contractor. She never planned to be a delay expert, but having found herself there 18 years ago has turned out to be quite good at it. She has testified around 20 times in arbitration to both civil and common law tribunals and in court.
