I have over 30 years of experience in the legal field, both as a magistrate and as a lawyer specialized in litigation and arbitration within prestigious local and international law firms. I have extensive experience in the field of public procurement and construction, both in terms of negotiating and drafting contracts, preparing claims and going through DAB procedures, as well as in litigation and arbitration. Throughout my career, I have represented both private companies and contracting authorities. We also assisted the Ministry of Transport in negotiating and concluding international infrastructure contracts. Currently, I work as an independent lawyer within my own law firm – Neagu Dinu Partners, founded in March 2025
