More than 35 years working in the real estate and construction area, providing legal advice in all stages of business for construction companies and companies in the real estate sector. He is a director of real estate, service, and hotel and tourism companies. He has been a member lawyer of the Supreme Court of Chile. He is President of the Legislation Commission of the Chamber of Construction of Chile. He has been legal advisor to ACOP – National Chamber of Real Estate Services AG. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Arbitrator in matters of construction of private and public infrastructure works, especially in arbitrations administered by the ICC and the ICDR, in Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay and Chile, especially in construction, engineering and energy matters. Arbitrator in Public Works Concessions in Chile; Arbitrator of the arbitration body of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, since 1998, acting especially in disputes related to construction contracts, real estate and commercial issues in general, in more than 60 arbitrations; and he has acted as an arbitrator in conflicts between private parties in civil, commercial and real estate matters, as well as as a party in liquidation of hereditary communities and companies. He has been President of 4 Dispute Boards panels in the mining construction industry in Chile.
