Juan Eduardo Figueroa is an international arbitrator at Figueroa, Illanes, Huidobro y Salamanca, with over 35 years' experience in construction, real estate, and infrastructure. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he holds an LL.M in International Law, Trade, Investment and International Arbitration from Heidelberg University. Juan Eduardo sits regularly as arbitrator in ICC and ICDR proceedings across Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, and Uruguay, and has served in over 60 arbitrations under the Santiago Chamber of Commerce since 1998. He has chaired four Dispute Boards in Chilean mining construction and is recognised by Chambers Latin America and Who's Who Legal: Construction.
