Rebeca Mosquera is Senior Counsel, Dispute Resolution at Saudi Aramco. She has practiced law for nearly 20 years, focusing on international arbitration, complex commercial disputes, and strategic dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Saudi Aramco, Rebeca practiced international arbitration in private practice, representing clients in high-value commercial and investment disputes. She currently serves as President of ArbitralWomen and is a frequent speaker on international arbitration and the evolving role of in-house counsel. She is admitted to practice in New York and Panama.
