Mark is the Managing Director of Mark Lee Chambers Law Corporation (or “ML Chambers”). Prior to the founding of ML Chambers, Mark practiced at one of the Big Four law firms in Singapore and later co-founded a Singapore boutique disputes law firm. For the next nearly one (1) decade, Mark jointly managed the firm as its Joint Managing Director and headed its boardroom practice group which spearheaded the firm’s boardroom, shareholder and joint venture practice. At ML Chambers, Mark continues to focus his practice in corporate law, governance, joint ventures, shareholder and boardroom related matters.
