Caroline has more than 35 years’ experience in complex commercial disputes, including as King’s Counsel, as an AMDRAS Accredited Mediator, and as an international
Chartered Arbitrator. She holds a doctoral degree in law from Monash University and is admitted to practice in Australia, New York, and England & Wales. Caroline is recognised in Australia and internationally as a highly accomplished arbitrator and lawyer, as evidenced by her roles as a current Trustee of the London based Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), former Chair of Australia’s largest list of barristers (Foley’s List), former President of CIArb Australia, current member of the Deakin University Law School Advisory Board, and current member of the Professional Advisory Council of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
