Andrew Woodward is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Arbitrator holding over 30 years of practical experience in delivery of complex infrastructure projects and settlement of disputes. His early career began on the front line in construction project management and working with contractors, delivering motorways, bridges, marine works, oil facilities and power stations. This led Andrew to develop a deep understanding of how parties to construction contracts operate in many disparate parts of the world. For the last 12 years Andrew has brought this experience to the field of dispute resolution, heading technical matters within an international construction consultancy, leading appointments as Expert Determiner and practicing as an Independent Expert at International Arbitration.

With a passion for distilling construction issues to their simplest level, Andrew works extensively from his base in Qatar on heavy engineering and infrastructure projects, providing expert opinion on matters of quantum, disruption, delay and construction project management issues.
