Thérèse Marie Rodgers is a Partner in the Construction Disputes team with significant experience acting in complex international arbitrations and domestic construction disputes in the construction, energy and infrastructure sectors. Her experience encompasses all stages of the arbitral process, from pre-dispute strategy and claims development through to proceedings, hearings and enforcement. Thérèse Marie also regularly represents clients in litigation, adjudication, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, advising on complex project disputes, risk management and dispute avoidance strategies.
 
She acts for developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and consultants across the construction, real estate and energy and infrastructure sectors. She advises on high-value and technically complex disputes arising from major projects, including claims relating to delay, disruption, defects, variations, termination, final accounts, professional negligence and building safety. She is recognised for her tenacity, commercial judgment and strategic approach to resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.
