Established in 1987 by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the Luxembourg Arbitration Center (LAC) is the sole arbitral institution in Luxembourg. It provides a streamlined, confidential, fully digital and cost-effective alternative to traditional litigation, particularly well-suited to the complex and technical nature of international commercial disputes.

In addition to administering arbitration proceedings, the LAC actively promotes arbitration, supports the development of arbitration law, and collaborate with local and international arbitration associations.
