Dunning Vallejo & MacDonald LLP ("DV&M") specializes in dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration, domestic and international), M&A and other commercial transactions, project finance, corporate matters and tax. DV&M was founded in 2019 with the intention of combining the experience and quality of a larger firm with the more personal approach of a boutique firm. The firm has grown steadily since 2019 but has stayed true to these purposes. Prior to working at DV&M, all our partners gained experience at large US and international law firms.
