Marnix Leijten is a trusted-advisor to corporates and states with nearly 30 years of experience on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. Marnix was Vice-President of the ICC's International Court of Arbitration between 2015-2021 and chairs the ICC's national commission on arbitration and ADR. He led teams on a large variety of high stakes international disputes, commercial and investor state arbitrations, as well as complex enforcement and setting aside disputes. Marnix was managing partner of De Brauw until mid 2022, and has since resumed full time practice. Marnix frequently sits as arbitrator, in cases administered by the world's leading arbitral institutions.
