Rahul Narayan is the head of the Dispute Resolution practice at Chandhiok & Mahajan, bringing 20 years of experience in the field. He is an Advocate on record with the Supreme Court of India since 2011 and acts as an Arbitrator as well. He has represented clients across various courts and tribunals across India and in international arbitrations. His practice focuses on complex litigations and arbitrations, regulatory investigations, white collar defence and data protection and privacy. Rahul has represented and advised leading private, public, and governmental companies across various sectors such as automobile, aviation & hospitality, banking & finance, consumer durables, information technology, pharmaceutical, renewable energy, oil and gas, shipping and ship breaking, real estate & construction, and telecommunication, media & broadcasting. He qualified in 2004 and read for the B.C.L at the University of Oxford. He is also qualified in England and Wales. Rahul often takes part as a panelist, lecturer, or moderator at seminars, roundtables, and conferences covering diverse topics such as legal issues, strategic litigation, cross-border trade, and privacy. He frequently writes for various newspapers and has also contributed chapters on books on technology law and the Constitution of India.
